The Air You Breathe
You can't do much about the air you breathe at work or outside. But, you can do a lot about the air you breathe in your home.
The Environmental Protection Agency stated that the air inside your home can be two to five times more polluted than the air outside!
The best thing to do is to get an air purifier that uses a HEPA filter.
