Five Tips on How to Eat All The Veggies You Need Everyday

I read that we should eat at least 10 servings of fruits and vegetables to stay healthy. That seems like a lot. But a serving is 1 cup of raw food or 1/2 cup cooked.

Five ways to help meet this requirement would be ...

1. Keep a container of cut up vegies in the fridge to snack on.
2. Make it a point to have at least 2 pieces of fresh fruit every day.
3. Have a nice big salad with chopped vegies. And make sure there are at least 3 different colors of vegies in the salad.
4. Add shredded vegies to your soup, casserole or sandwich.
5. Add fresh fruit to your cereal, yogurt or cottage cheese.

I get mine without having to buy, chop or cook them.
